Oleksiy Maryasov is Ukrainian life artist born in Kiev (1979) and currently living in Germany. He has received his master in electrical engineering in Kiev Polytechnic Institute, Ukraine in 2002. Since last ten years he lives and works in Germany as a scientist in the field of optics and metrology as well as art installations. In his recent art work “Dandelion Garden” Oleksiy brings together his experience in electronics, physics and optics into an artistic interpretation of his life experiences.
He built and tested several experimental electronic and vacuum setups in optical labs and in clean room environment at the RWTH University, Aachen. Since 2015 he attending Burning Man with focus on installation and performance art in a public space.
